Account deletion request

Use this page to start deletion of your SpaceMedia account and associated account data.

How to request deletion

In the SpaceMedia mobile app, open Account and choose Request Account Deletion. This creates a secure support request from your signed-in account.

If you cannot access the app, contact support from the email address connected to your SpaceMedia account and use Account deletion request as the subject.

What happens next

SpaceMedia support reviews the request, verifies ownership, and confirms any active distribution, payout, tax, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal obligations before deletion is completed.

Data that is no longer required is deleted or anonymized. Data that must be retained for legal, accounting, security, dispute, royalty reporting, or anti-fraud reasons is retained only for the required period.
