Southern Italian artist Simone Gatto, versatile dj and composer, is a graduate music therapist who finds into music a dynamic source of emotions, reminds and energy. His tracks are typically smooth, warm, and hypnotic, containing minimal yet funky melodies splashed with echo. Active as a producer and DJ since the mid-2000s, he founded Out-Er in 2011 and began releasing EPs on the label, as well as others such as Curle Recordings, Souvenir Music, Nightvision among others. In 2016, Gatto's debut full-length, Detachment, was issued by Sheik 'N' Beik and in 2018 Gatto’s second album, Heaven Inside Your Frequencies, represents a complete excursus of his personal and professional paths, into which he combines music, words, studies, researches and experiments. Along with the album, split in two parts and released on both his labels Out-ER and Pregnant Void (sister label), the artist also released his first essay, named as the album; The artist kicks off 2020 with his third full length album, Harmonic Resonance System 432 Hz, a 10 track record that is a follow-up his previous album and book, which formed a foundation of his music therapy work. This album now builds upon that with its perfectly mindful sounds made to support your body's innate ability to self-heal.
