Clevon joshua Whiteman known in the entertainment industry as Happy Boy is a Grenadian 🇬🇩 Acclaimed soca artiste. He started his music during his primary school days and maintained his passion for Music throughout his school life. His recording debut started in 2012 and to date he continues to produce great sounding music. In 2013 he took part in the inter secondary schools soca monarch where he placed 6th. Moving along to 2014 he came back that year and entered the same Competition Again but as a duo and placed 4th and from there on he kept on rising and rising. In 2016 he entered the national soca monarch competition of Grenada, where he competed against some of the top named stars on the island and being the only teenager he made it into the semifinal round of competition but never made the final. 2017,2018 and 2019 he was again part of the national soca monarch semifinals but denied a spot in the finals each year. Neverthless HappyBoy didn’t let that stop him from pursuing his dreams and producing good sounding music. He is a (2)times music award nominee in Grenada 2018-2019 nominated under the category of “breakout artiste of the year “ Clevon says he is proud of himself and all that he has achieved in his career and hopes to achieve many more success to come. “Music is my love and my comfort. I feel at peace when I’m doing music. I have dreams of being one of the biggest names in soca one day and maybe from there I can venture into other genres of music”.
