'Morris Cowan' is the creative outlet of one Adam Morris Cowan Taylor. Based in Penzance, UK and often found amongst the rugged, stark beauty of Cornwall's West Penwith, a constant source of inspiration. Having released a number of quietly acclaimed albums and EPs through the 2010s, working with labels such as the vibrant UK imprint Wigflex, or Köln's stalwart Traum Schallplatten, the 2020s so far have been a time of change, growth, loss, love, all the things, paired with a renewed relationship to his creative process. Morris Cowan is now releasing music entirely on his own terms, through the 'Mya Sound' label - a nod to his late mum, who always championed his work. Expect to find elaborate and challenging music here, rewarding for those so inclined.
