Skii Money is a young trap god from the Chicagoland area with a deep rooted passion for the hustle. Bursting onto the scene, Skii Money brings an original sound and the lyricism that has been cultivated by pain, struggle, hustle, and prison. Skii first discovered his true passion for music in the 4th grade band class while learning to play the Alto Saxophone. He later refined his life experience into rap music at 15 years old in juvenile detention when he caught his first felony charge, and even more so in his adult years when he served 2 years in prison at 17 years old during which time he suffered several losses of loved ones due to gun violence and illnesses. During his several incarcerations, Skii relied on exercising and writing raps to get him through those dark times. He emerged from his first prison bid and returned to the streets at 19 years old a totally different person, dead set on getting rich and terrorizing the opps for fun in the process. Though when you hold a conversation with “Skii Money”, he surprises you with his deep knowledge of a broad variety topics that you would hardy expect to come from a person of his upbringing. The ups and downs collide, and the result is Skii Money. 
 Fast forward a year and a half following his first studio release, Skii Money has managed to accumulate 1.8 Million streams across his entire catalogue while simultaneously remaining 100% independent. Late 2021, he also began producing some of his own beats. Enjoy
