NoGud – or Never Ordinary Greatly UnDefined - grew up surrounded by music. It’s how his family celebrates all of life’s most memorable moments. From birthdays to holidays, their shared experiences make for a beloved family tradition. Even as a kid, NoGud’s voice was the one relatives sang along to. He would wow aunts, uncles, and cousins when he would rap and sing songs with complex (and mature) lyrical content. At school, NoGud performed annually in his elementary school’s talent show, taking on hit songs from genres most of his peers didn’t listen to. He even performed a number from the classic musical, Grease, much to the audience’s delight. 
 Years later, NoGud’s artistry is just as free as it was a kid. He’s not scared to express his emotions or who he really is. There was a time when NoGud made music strictly for pleasure and bragging rights. Now, his craft also serves as a therapeutic measure, getting him through life’s most trying moments and keeping him in tune with himself. His songs are akin to an audio-diary; listening back helps him reflect on where he is, where he’s been, and where he’s going.
