Norchestra is a Norwegian trio from Haugesund, a little town at the south-west coast of Norway. They draw inspiration from classical music and jazz as well as medieval and world music. They also have a versatile and unusual instrumentation with Alf Wilhelm Lundberg on 8-string Brahms guitar and piano, Kjetil Lundø on 7-string Viola Da Gamba and double bass and Tore Jamne on drums.
