Prolific Artist, Producer and Entrepreneur King Vice Vurze a.k.a . "Big Miyagi Vice" hails from the Midwest - having ties to both Kansas City, MO and the Twin Cities. Music has always been apart of his life, as a youngin' being exposed and influenced by a variety of genres ranging from Hip HOp to Reggae/Dancehall music. R & B was also a sound that permeated the atmosphere within King Vice's house hold, which is where the Soul influence comes from. The environment from which he comes from is no different that most that grew up in the hood...being surrounded by drugs, gangs, violence- the typical recipes that would normally scoop up those that are in close proximity but King Vice had other plans. His creativity and vision could not be stopped, he began rapping in 1997 when he connected with his long time friend Lojik Reazon who had began his career just 4 years prior. Lojik Reazon not only gave King Vice Vurze his name, which was originally just "Vice Vurze" but the two collaborated on several of his own projects and that's when they knew that it would be something that King Vice would be good at since he was already multitalented. King Vice Vurze began getting noticed by influential people in both Missouri as well as Minneapolis and the buzz later spread further throughout the Midwest as well as the West Coast.
