Virginia rapper Uptown Quon debuted as of of 2017’s rising talents. In a very short time he built a worldwide buzz after releasing only one mixtape. The rapper was born Laquon Robertson in Norfolk in 1992. Inspired by hometown rappers FamLay and Pusha T, Uptown Quon started writing and recording music at a very fast pace. His debut mixtape “Talk To Em” arrived in 2017 and was quickly followed by a host mixtapes collaborations with other local artists. Zoning in on his hustlers spirit, Quon displayed a talent for storytelling, combining the energy of contemporaries like Yo Gotti and Jeezy.
