Jordan James Zambrano Valenzuela is a Filipino singer, rapper, and songwriter from Honolulu, Hawaii. He was born into a musical family and at a very young age started singing and playing instruments such as the ukulele, guitar, drums, piano, bass guitar, and cello. As a kid he also started performing regularly at parties, weddings, etc., but primarily and initially playing for church which he still does to this day, every Sunday. He grew up loving and playing a variety of genres such as Christian, Reggae, Hawaiian, Rock, R&B, Pop, & Hip Hop. He started rapping in middle school, but his early high school days was when he created a YouTube channel where he began covering & remixing songs. He has also released 4 mixtapes since the beginning of his YouTube channel where he would also shoot and edit his own music videos. Being a pastor's son & grandson, and believing music is a form of self expression, you hear a lot of his faith in his music but doesn't label himself as strictly a "Christian Artist". This way listeners can't create an assumption of the the music they'll hear from him & make prejudgements before even listening, rather just an artist who simply loves Jesus & writes about whatever he wants, which a lot of times involves his faith. He initially went by "J.V." before switching to "Jordan V." The reason for not necessarily having a stage name is because his music is his life and story, so therefore you're just getting the real him every time, every song, Jordan.
