 Rudolph Valentino Cooper III (born September 17), better known by his stage name Ruddy Valentino, is an American rapper and businessman. He was born in Texas but raised in BadNewZ, Virginia. His debut album Proable Cause was unreleased in 2004 by A.P.O.E. Entertainment, due to litigation issues. Ruddy Valentino was part of underground hip-hop group Incriminated Mindz, which released one album. 
 Ruddy Valentino owns A.P.O.E. Entertaiment and is one of the three founders of A.P.O.E. Entertainment. As an artist, he owns many unpublished songs (soon to be released) and after the long wait he is set to release Terms & Conditions officially September 17, 2021. 
 Along with his financial and musical success, Ruddy Valentino is known for telling his life in songs and has a delivery like no other in the rap industry. Terms & Conditions is an somewhat melodic album and has a feel of relaxation. 
 The album being recorded and mixed by mostly Gerald White and has a Collage of other works as far as production wise but it being mostly mastered by Steven Allegretto aka Stu.
