Hailing from Toxteth - Liverpool, Kasst x AJFrmThe8 are the latest exciting drill duo rising within the UK music scene. As their first release together, Kasst x AJFrmThe8 have previously dabbled with releases on YouTube as teenagers experimenting between grime and rap. Influenced by relatives and friends from Liverpool, Kasst released his first mixtape ‘12 Year Old Barer’ and by 14 had filmed an SBTV Warm Up Session, featuring on numerous channels. He was also featured on Charlie Sloth’s ‘It’s Grime Up North’ show where he recorded a freestyle too. AJ was encouraged to pursue his rapping ambitions having performed in a few underground raves as an MC too and by being surrounded by music from early it was natural for the musical inspiration to be prevalent for AJ whilst growing up. From what we have already seen with their high level of drive and hunger for success, Kasst x AJFrmThe8 are without a doubt ones to watch.
