Federico D'Elia as known as Occhic was born in Ozieri in the province of Sassari on March 10, 1992. Already as a child he nurtured a great passion for music and began to play various songs "by ear" with the pianola. In 2005 and 2006 he took piano and solfeggio lessons at the “Per Elisa” academy thus taking part in some essays. 
He attends and takes modern singing lessons at the Monte Acuto civic school in Ozieri and in recent years he has also taken part in those of modern guitar, ensemble music, etc. 
His favorite singer is Caparezza while his favorite band are Muse. 
To his credit he has various formative and non-formal experiences including: National semi-finalist in Area Sanremo 2017 and 2018. In January 2018 he began working on his first album "Ribelle" from which three singles have so far been extracted "Amore Sposami" precisely, "Non Pensare A Niente" and "Occhi Sudamericani". The title of the disc was chosen by poll from Instagram followers. 
Between March and June 2020 he starts working on the second album with sounds ranging from rock to Grunge up to Jazz and Hip-Hop and Latin rhythms. The new recording project is called Nomen Omen. 
In July 2022 was released "Diario Dei Pensieri (Special Edition)" . Eight songs in which the artist vents all his anger and frustration through different musical genres such as Rock, Soul, Jazz. Songs in which there are reflections on the uncertain situation given by the pandemic / war, re-uploaded with 3 new songs this year.
