Big Soda (Josh Jacobs) is a songwriter, producer, multi-instrumentalist, and audio engineer. In 2015, He moved to the San Francisco Bay Area from Chico, CA to pursue his career in music and sound. Since then he has been working with countless local artists - and gained great proficiency in the studio environment. Soda has been writing music since he was 14 years old. As a composer, he draws influence from The Beatles, Antonio Carlos Jobim, Mikael Åkerfeldt, Josh Homme, Nai Palm, and other eclectic writers. Soda creates vibrant, ethereal, multi-dimensional music - all while composing and performing straight from the heart. Since moving to the city, Soda has adopted a juggernaut attitude towards his passion. He has lived in numerous tiny apartments, as well as boats, cars, and studios.
