André Futrell is a multi-disciplinary artist, producer and composer. For over a decade he has collaborated with noted musicians, producers, artists, and organizations. He is the founder of Minerals Studio, a design studio and multimedia label for music that is forward-thinking, minimalist and direct. Established in 2016, the label features cutting-edge artists, composers, electronic and acoustic musicians, visual designers, and vocalists which represent the depth and dimension of the Soul Tech movement. Inspired by nature, crystals and indigenous rhythms, Minerals Studio experimentally produces new palettes of soulful electronic sounds influenced by the genres of classical, jazz, house and techno. His diverse body of work includes a boutique imprint which specializes in small batch hand-numbered records and sound installations. Futrell’s high-art aesthetic reflects his love for using sound as a healing medium to enrich people’s lives and cultivate an expansive worldview.
