Run Down was the precursor to what is now the band Voight-Kampff. Formed out of the ashes of The Breaks and Formaldehyde Junkies, Joseph Sulier (St. Louis) and Colin Swanson-White (Minneapolis) recruited Ted Howard (The 86'd), Phil Schwarz (Color T.V.) and Brad Stiffler (Condominium) to record their debut 2 song EP for Firestarter Records. Shortly after the band was renamed Voight-Kampff and proceeded to release several records on Canada's Deranged Records and Europe's P. Trash Records.
