From the southeast USA, Del/Ctrl is an electronic sound designer who blends elements of Progressive House and Techno, Trance, Electro, Breakbeats, and Ambient music with guitar and organic found sounds to produce a unique style of music that often blurs traditional genre lines and results in a pulsatile mix of light and darkness. His love for electronica began in the rich rave scene of NOLA. In 2004, he acquired a pair of Technics 1200s and as much vinyl as he could grab and began DJing, primarily progressive house and trance. Soon, his affinity for all genres was evident as he put forth many mixes including House, Electro, Progressive, Tech, and Breaks. Even then, he felt the ultimate goal was to produce his own music and share his soul with those willing to receive it. After surviving a major medical event in 2021, he knew the time was now. Forming his own label, Low Pressure System, he released his cerebral debut EP Origin Source in 2023 telling a story in four parts that spans from the beginning of the cosmos up to humanity's ponderance of it's own existence.
