Aubrey Kashala Professionally known as ‘Pronto,The Rapper’ is a 21 year old Hip hop artist and songwriter from Lusaka, Zambia. His musical journey begun when he was 12 years old growing up around family members and friends who introduced him to artists such as 2Pac, DMX, Big Pun, Eminem & later A-reece. He went on to master his craft as he begun writing and recording his own music at age 14 and later released his debut song titled ‘Human Too’ which dropped exclusively on audiomack in 2017, this saw him gain acclaim as a young lyricist in the underground Rap scene while participating in battle rap competitions in his high school days. His journey as recording artist really kicked off in 2018 after the release his project ‘REFLECTIONS EP’ along side Dominic Mubanga as a duo. A year later in 2019, Pronto would go on to release several solo singles which gained him more and more recognition not only in Zambia but also the African Hip hop scene. In 2020 he released his debut solo project which was dubbed “My Own Way Mixtape V.1”. This further cemented his status in the underground Hip hop scene, marinated in Pronto’s signature hardcore delivery and approach mixed with swaggering wordplay, cadence and storytelling earning over 40,000 streams across audiomack,YouTube & SoundCloud. He’s gone on to independently release Imagine being me EP and Product Of The Same Hustle Ep w/ T.I.O. His recent release is highly anticipated sophomore full length project ‘Written in Destiny Mixtape’.
