2000年8月、東京のスポークンワーズ・シーンを牽引していた詩人・Yuichiro AzumaがスポークンワーズのみでFUJIROCKFESTIVAL2000に参加後、表現形態の発展としてバンドへと移行しFlight Of Ideaを名乗る。正式には教科書問題渦中、ソウル路上ライブを経て、2001年6月を結成起源とする日本唯一のNo Wave POETRYROCKバンド。2007年4月台湾で行われた野外イベントSpringscream参加後、同年10月N Y５カ所でのクラブツアーを敢行。2009年6月、映画『蟹工船』インスパイア・アルバム（Kioon Records）に公募により選出。2011年4月、芸人B Bゴローとの異色のコラボレーション「季節外れのK A I D A N。見ないとわからない」をデジタル・リリース（EMI MUSIC JAPAN）。 In August 2000, the poet Yuichiro Azuma, who was the driving force behind the spokenwords scene in Tokyo, went to FUJIROCK FESTIVAL2000 with only spokenwords, and then changed to the band form as an advanced form of expression, and named Flight Of Idea. Officially the only No Wave POETRY ROCK band in Japan that formed in June 2001 after a live on the street in Seoul during the textbook issue. After participating in an outdoor event, Springscream, in April 2007 in Taiwan, in October of the same year, took a club tour at 5 NY locations. In June 2009, he was selected by the open call for the movie “Crab Boat” inspired album (Kioon Records). In April 2011, a unique collaboration with the entertainer B B Goro, “Out of season K A I D A N.
