Hardcore influenced metal band, Destination Chaos. Formed in 2005. Hailing from a small village in the countryside close to Kassel, Germany. Influenced by early and modern metal bands is where the five friends began and started to create their own style and make a footprint onto the local scene. After evolving their unique mixture of classic/ new school- Hardcore and modern Thrash- and Death metal, Destination Chaos started playing local shows as well as at a few larger venues in Germany. Combining their technical sound on stage with high energy hardcore and punk attitude, before preparing to record their debut EP „A Picture in Ruins“ in 2010. Due to some personal issues, rhythm guitar/ Vocalist Florian Bitter had to leave the band and Kevin Salzman joined the group. With their first EP Destination Chaos managed to combine Metal and hard-hitting breaks alongside hardcore harmonics and singalongs. Destination Chaos managed to fill shows accompanying Kassel based metal bands such as Downtime and Gutlock. As well as international touring with The Ghost inside and 50 Lions. After having a break and parting ways with former vocalist Sasha Ücker (2010-2012), the band reunited in late 2018 with its original line up featuring: Florian Bitter as vocalist, Timo Wachenfeld and Kevin Salzmann on guitar, Patrick Stachon on bass and Tobias Ackermann on drums. Destination Chaos’s goal is to bring back the fire of five friends willing to shred and party hard every night on stage.
