In 2008, Don Macki created his label; SanCastle Empire (the name originating from the small neighborhood located in the town of Hypoluxo, the same location where the entrepreneur grew up). Though, the neighborhood is of the working class, it is locally known for its high crime rate. Despite all odds, Macki found an 'out' in music.
