Joshua Ziggy, real name Joshua Burnham, grew up in Oxford and first fell in love with music around the age of 10 when he wrote his first song, and has been writing ever since. He has always had a passion for writing, if not for himself and his own experiences, he would draw from others around him and paint a picture of their story. He soon got a taste for playing his songs live and performed at iconic Oxford venues The Bullingdon, Fat Lils and The Cellar. He has appeared on BBC Introducing Oxford a few times with songs such as ‘Bonfire Heart’, ‘Charlie Where You Running’ and ‘Somedays’. Ziggy went on to study Songwriting at BIMM London where he met his band and started playing in all corners of London’s music scene. Continuing his passion for writing and collaboration, Ziggy has worked with artists from multiple genres such as EDM artists like VANOTEK & Studio Affairs. To more Prog Rock like Félix Rabin just to name a few. Having years of live experience Ziggy is well adverse when it comes to performing on his own and with his band - with his light-hearted presence and grungy vocals creating the ultimate teen-angst vibe. Outside of music Ziggy is a content and video editor, creating all his artwork, videos, and additional assets himself. He also works with other artists to support them on their projects designing several artwork pieces, logos, Spotify canvas’ and lyric videos.
