Hadja is a multifaceted-artist, born in Germany with Afghan heritage. She was early introduced to music due to her parents being musicians. At the age of 5, she recorded the Album „Olucha“ in Dari, making it the first album for children that was sung by a child in Afghanistan. In 2010 she recorded her second Album in Dari „Yak Qese Taza - Peace Please“. Later that year she organized and performed a benefits concert for children in Kabul. In 2014 she won the Excellence Award at the AVMA Gala, presented by the Ariana Afghanistan Television. At the age of 15 she started writing her own songs whilst supporting herself with a guitar. In 2019 she published her first self-produced EP in English called „Dear My Lover“. The following year she published her second EP "Self Care". Her unique style is created by combining voice harmonies and adding oriental sounds with heavy bass lines. "Music can do so much more than just to decorate your day with tunes. It heals, it burns, it distracts, it brings you joy, it makes you reflect on memories. It is a power that can be used the way you need it. I personally had the privilege to understand what it can be, very early in my life. I am grateful to be able to share my passion, hoping that it does make a difference in somebody's life."
