JayRock Jax is a rising independent artist from New Britain, CT. From a young age, JayRock Jax has been around music. He grew up in the studio around his father, Jim, who was making reggae music as well as engineering other artists. His mother, Juanita, is also a hip hop artist out of Connecticut. JayRock took the passion his parents have with music, and implemented it into his own unique style that results in both rapping and singing. Fast forward to 2023, JayRock Jax has since become the winner of Lil Durks OTF Fest Competition, allowing him to perform at Lil Durks concert at the Hartford Amphitheater in his home-state, be an opener for Lil Tjay and NoCap and most importantly, headline his own sold out show.
