Alex1's journey began in 2017 in his hometown of West London, where he started by posting freestyles and what he referred to as "low-quality songs." Over time, this led him to explore a more genuine and refined version of himself as an artist. For the next four years, Alex1 continued to release music, while focusing on shaping the vision of the artist he aspired to become. In 2021, he took a brief hiatus for reflection, returning with a renewed sense of purpose and a more authentic sound that fully expressed his thoughts and emotions without restriction. This rebirth fueled a series of releases throughout the year, culminating in his standout tracks “Late Night Trips” and “On My Mind.”
