Cesar Mata, better known as Vicantti is a Venezuelan dj and producer with 20 years of age, focused on electronic dance music. He is characterized by experimentation and fusion of various genres of Edm, as he is a very introverted person who finds refuge in experimenting with existing music and give it his personal touch, he began his career as a ghostproducer and co-producer of emerging talents of his hometown Barinas.
