Brazenly treading the file line between being a carefree troublemaker in the streets of Ottawa, Canada & being a Hopeless romantic looking for Love, Marico The Shogun has been constantly evolving since releasing his first project in 2016 while giving small glimpses into his fairly secretive life. After first gaining traction locally at the age of 16 with his debut project “MTS EP”, and only coming back for short periods at a time, fans have constantly been left without answers as to who The Shogun really is. Marico Fletcher was born in Halifax, Nova Scotia but was moved to Ottawa, Ontario at the age of two. In his early years music was one of the only common grounds he could find with his young mother. While constantly loving and being involved in music from a young age, it was through various trials and tribulations that Marico found a dream and a purpose. A hobby had now turned into an undying goal, and while things haven’t always gone according to plan, Marico The Shogun will always continue to give fans the up close and personal experience that they are looking for.
