If Talia Mar could describe her music in three words, it would be: ‘bad bitch anthems’. Not one to hold back, the singer has already amassed a huge legion of fans through her two YouTube channels (1.3M subscribers) who love her for saying exactly what she thinks in her lifestyle videos, and now her music. With three hit tracks already in the bag, Jack, Stay The Night (a collaboration with Sigala), recent solo smash Self Portrait plus five million monthly streams on Spotify, the 26-year-old is excited to release her next solo single with Sony’s RCA, Forget About Your Ex Mar started by releasing make-up tutorials on her YouTube channel, Talia Mar Music, then later more personality led videos and live performances. She also has a separate gaming YouTube channel, Talia Mar Games, a Twitch channel and 1.2M followers on Instagram. Her fans even have their own name for themselves, ‘Martians’. In 2021 an A&R team at Sony’s RCA who she had spoken with previously got back in touch with her when a track she had self released turned up in the Top 50 charts at number 29. She signed her first record deal with them that year. Now she’s getting ready to release her first EP later this year.
