Liam Phelan is a multi instrumentalist, singer/songwriter and producer from East London. He grew up listening to a wide variety of music including Hip Hop, Rock and Jazz and often incorporates different elements of these genres into his own productions. Some artists he is often compared to range from Mac DeMarco, Damon Albarn, Childish Gambino and Tyler, The Creator. His first project The Relate EP showed that Liam is more than capable of projecting his feelings and personal experiences through meaningful music. After unexpected success with the EP Liam continued to release a mixture of lofi instrumentals with some slightly more upbeat pop inspired tracks. In late 2018, Liam introduced the alter ego Worldwide Ruckus where he provided a more energetic and lyrical presence to his music as opposed to his more relaxed side. While continuing to release music under both names, the London native continued to grow a fanbase over on Instagram where he would post videos of himself sampling popular figures such as Julie Adenuga and Donald Trump. He would make instrumentals out of the clips to which he would then freestyle over, and on occasion play guitar to as well. After going quiet for a while the producer/ artist returned with the upbeat, Donnie Darko inspired single Far Away ahead of his long awaited second EP Finding Love Over Wealth. The EP continues on from his last project however Liam begins to explore themes of fear, self doubt and anxiety within himself and friends.
