Hi! I've been known by the name of braka for about 10 years. I started making beats for multiple reasons but mostly because back then, when I was rapping with my boys, we couldn't afford a beat. Just the idea of buying a soundcard and a mic was huge cause we were not sure at all if the investment was worth it. We were young and we all had small jobs. We were also pretty realistic, we were living in Quebec, Canada and writing rhymes in French. The French rap scene of France was already pretty much saturated and the idea of making rap music in Quebec was just surrealistic. Practically all media were ditching the rap scene at that time. But who cares... My goal was to make music at first since it was my only real escape. The feeling I was getting from this was stronger than any other feeling. I cracked the software and I was ready to go. About 10 years later, here I am, on Spotify. Trying to find the best way to promote my music. It's also the time for me to live my journey by myself. I always made beats so rappers can add their voice to it but I realized that I can also make my own stuff all by myself. Beat tapes have never been so popular. People are listening to those while working, studying, driving... Now it's my time to add my vibe to people's life. I want you to listen to my music while living ...
