Love, Sechaba, real name Sechaba Ramphele, is a singer, songwriter and music producer based in Johannesburg, South Africa. Love, Sechaba has been a performer from a young age learning various dance styles such as Latin American and Hip Hop and later fusing their attitudes and movements into his live performances. Having grown up on 80s and 90s Pop music and later discovering modern alternative music, Love, Sechaba developed a showman’s style live performance - mostly funk and 80’s pop inspired and channeling modern alternative music into his production style. His self produced and recorded music takes on an ethereal environment, occasionally fuses it with ‘move-your-body’ type drums and tops it with a Michael Jackson and South African chant inspired vocal.
