The Whiskers is Stéphane and Yaasiin, two electronic music enthusiasts from Lausanne, united 10 years ago by their shared desire to create music together. Since then, a strong friendship has formed between us. This musical journey has allowed us to experience moments of sharing, gratitude, sometimes disillusionment, but above all, intense moments of joy and emotions that we aspire to share with all of you. It is precisely this emotional experience that we aim to offer through our music. During the Covid-19, we put our energy to make our show more interesting, flexible and visual. So we worked on new deep house tracks exclusively edited for our new live show. This new live was played for the first time during summer 2022. For us, music is a means to convey joy and happiness to others because, as Voltaire aptly said: ‘Happiness is the only thing that we can give without having it and it’s by giving that we acquire it.
