Essex duo Jake Hicks and Jack Pike, otherwise known as Hillsdom Both members met in secondary school. They realised they had similar tastes in a wide range of music and went on to form and play in bands throughout their teenage years. Then in 2011 they directed their musical creativity into making drum and bass after being inspired by pendulum, DJ fresh, Apex, culture shock, high contrast, Brooke’s bothers, subfocus and many more. Hillsdom then continued their journey with releases on Viper, including a remix for Brookes Brothers which premiered on BBC Radio 1. They followed up with multiple tracks on Program before a much anticipated debut on Ram Records
