I am JVokal . . I sing, write, record & mix my own music. I’m an independent artist from Little Rock, Arkansas. I welcome you to the music in my brain. I grew up very poor with my Mom & 4 siblings with limited resources and opportunities & still became a globally streamed artist in 114 countries garnering over 100k streams independently before being signed singing tradition R&B and Hip Hop music. In 2011 I began making music along side R&B artist Brae Leni, working on his discography as a composer, writer & background vocalist & was featured on his 2021 album “WILD SCOOCH HUNT” and other yet unreleased projects with various artists as a vocalist, engineer and writer. I released my first solo single “Woah” in May 2020 to critical acclaim and an article in the Arkansas Democrat Gazette, my second single “Above” is produced by Iman Omari. In 2023 I released my biggest music to date garnering 50k + steams including the first song I co-produced “Glow” & “Lowkey Gliding” my first song to pass 20k streams. I collaborated with producer Manic The 17th on his first album “HANDS OF TIME” in 2019 on the stand out track “Get Away Ft. Joe Mula”. For my first album I’m collaborating with ALOT of special people to create an original and classic sound. Expect it when it’s ready
