Tess was born on Reunion Island, otherwise known as the « intense island », and her music as well as her personality reflect the powerful energies of nature and the ocean. Tess is a creator at soul. Aside from being a writer, dancer and a musician, her travels and her journey towards self-discovery have lead her to also become a yoga teacher, and the values of yoga are deeply rooted within everything she creates. In 2022, Tess has gone fully independent as a writer, performer and producer of her music, and all the songs on her new album 11:11, were recorded in her little cabin by the woods. Inspired by iconic women such as Enya, Lana del Rey, Aurora, and Lorde, she has created her own genre that could be referred to as spiritual folk, characterized by hypnotizing melodies, delicate and other-worldly instrumentals, and powerful lyrics about embracing who you are, connecting with your divine energy, and loving, always loving.
