The Wide Eye, from Sweden, is the solo project of Andreas W and was for a long term a sleeping project, with the recordings left unfinished or unreleased. The debut album "Forever" was not released until September 2020, where the eight original songs are recordings made between 2000-2020, partially mastered from old DAT recordings. The album was, after a change of plans, released on DIY label Lake Spirit Records on a factory pressed CD in 200 copies, and featured four remixes by Gloria de Oliveira, Atomsömn, Paradox Obscur and Evil Dust. Andreas also collaborated with Gloria de Oliveira in 2020, on her full length compilation "Fascination" which features two remixes by The Wide Eye.
