Angel Ortiz, better known as Angeltiz or simply as Tiz is a 21 year old Mexican singer, songwriter and producer born in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico and raised in Coachella California and also the founder of EDM Based Collective, Close Friends Only. “Angeltiz” found his love for music at a very young age. He was later influenced by a lot of his family members who also happen to be singers, dancers, rappers, DJ’s, etc. Tiz started his music career in the spring of 2017 at the age of 14. He then later went to drop his hit single “When I Walk” in early 2019 which led to accumulate over 30K+ views on YouTube and 40K+ Streams on Spotify. Later in 2021, the very next day after graduating High School at 18 years old he received a invitation to be apart of Hollister’s first Latinx Influencer Collective which he then accepted. During that time, tracks like “4 Lies” and “Calling My Phone (Remix)” led him to grow hundreds of thousands of streams in the course of a few months. “4 Lies” went on to be Angeltiz’ biggest single on Apple Music with over 250,000+ plays and 155,000+ on Spotify. He then went onto hit his first 1,000,000+ on the “Calling My Phone” remix on SoundCloud earlier this year in 2022.
