Ayema Problem also known as 'Bharagash' is a songwriter and vocalist from Durban, South Africa and the lead vocalist of electronic music duo, Stiff Pap. His subject matter references his experiences of growing up as a working class Black man in post-apartheid South Africa. His influences include kwaito, hip-hop, house and electronic music which he has used to create his own style coined “Post-Kwaito”. Ayema Problem has collaborated with a range of local and international artists including DJ Lag, Moonchild Sanelly, Wiki and Petit Noir. He has performed at a number of music festivals, namely AFROPUNK, Red Bul Music Festival, Oppikoppi, CTEMF and as an opening act for Vince Staples at Capsule Festival
