Phil Derihl was raised in Fort Washington, Maryland. From a young age he took interest in writing poetry, performing, and playing a variety of instruments. Since then has expanded his gift of composing music to the TV/Film world, working with VH1, MTV, BET, and more. Believing that his destiny is to spread the gospel through his gift, Phil plans on reaching the masses through his newest music and making a positive impact in every listening ear.
