RP Scooter is a 23 year old, independent rapper from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He is slowly making a name for himself as one of the best up and coming artists coming out of the Midwest. So far in his career, he has released an album, three EP’s and numerous singles. His latest project, “Call Me When It’s Over 2” reached over 10k streams in less than a month. Scooter also writes poems in his free time, and is working on a book he hopes to finish by 2025.
