Rising rap star Vic Money The Truth was born in Brooklyn, New York as the 90’s era of music ushered into the world. Always having a love for music as a kid, he would be pushed into the middle of dance circles at parties in which he became known for his fresh dance moves that would have everyone going crazy. This is when he realized that his love for music and dancing was more than just a phase. Artists such as Tupac, DMX, Big Pun, Outkast, Biggie Smalls, Diddy, and Juvenile are who he listened to the most, showing him the importance of Hip Hop as his love for music continues to grow. Being heavily influenced by old school New York disco music, salsa and Hip Hop, he began freestyling everyday to match the raw lyricism he would hear on Hot 97 and 103.5. He eventually decided he wanted to be known as a conscious rapper like Hip Hop icons (Jay-z, Nas, Talib Kweli and Mos Def) which influenced him to make motivational and inspiring music. In 2019, Vic released his first project titled “Its Alive”, working with Drink Champs Hazardis Soundz who has engineered all of his albums to this day. He then went on to work with hitmakers Cooliebambo, Benkasso, Highxlass, Coachbasic, and Bx Prof. Currently he is working on his next 2 projects scheduled to come out some time next year, while gearing up for the release of his New Generation Ent Merch, in the works. His Newest project(G.I.A.N.N.A.) includes a single titled “Racks Up” that features Chitown’s Superstar, Sasha Go Hard.
