Being a self-driven artist with very few musical idols outside of fellow Florida hip hop mogul Rick Ross, the Duval County talent is looking to create a legacy that even out lives himself. Born Joshua Rivers, but answers by the stage name Chinoo, he navigates through life by one simple ideology, “Play the cards that’s dealt.” Using the passing of his cousin who just wanted him to make it big in the music business as fuel, he is always reminded to stay true to his music in order to maneuver through a music industry that doesn’t always have the artist's best interest at the forefront. Recently signing with growing record company and cultural conglomerate, “Street Capital Entertainment”, steered by mastermind, CEO Jed, the future's looking brighter than it's ever been for the self-proclaimed “Street Activist.”
