His career experienced a significant highlight in 2012 with the release of his EP on Lauhaus and Kabale und Liebe’s label, We Dig Music. The track ‘Iz Diz Houz’ was promptly recognised by top DJs like Loco Dice, Marco Carola, and Richie Hawtin. His records, such as ‘Like This Sound’, ‘Amadeus’, ‘Rina’ on the Blackbird label, have also stirred excitement in the music world. In recent years, Youri has been experimenting with a new alias, Tofteviken, under which he has released several innovative tracks.
