Inspired by her Puerto Rican roots, Shey Rose nurtures the urban culture she was raised in to define the next era of R&B. Shey is a natural born singer/songwriter who’s grown in her music and personal life. Her mellow vocals notably glide over heavy electronic beats that one is accustomed to hearing in the other genres such as Reggaeton or Hip-Hop. Listeners can expect a distinct surprise when Shey projects memorable melodies that one can either vibe out to in a crowded venue or private sanctuary. From her college dorm, Shey developed her own sound that catapulted the need to travel in order to spread her message. The message in saying that you can succeed without the necessity of romance. She moved to and from Memphis, TN alone to further her education in the music business. She’s performed alongside R&B icons such as Keke Wyatt as an independent artist. Shey currently resides in and proudly represents Springfield, MA and hopes to bring a next level experience with her music.
