Jason Inidara Nkanga (born May 10, 1998), known professionally as Jason Nkanga, is a Nigerian rapper born in Lewisham, England. He began his musical journey at a young age, participating in numerous talent shows, and released his first single, "Go Dumb," in 2014. In 2016, Jason made his mark with his debut EP, Beyond My Imagination, which featured the track "Remember You." This song received positive reviews and enhanced his visibility in the music industry. He continued to build on this momentum with his second project, The Calm Before the Storm, released in 2018. Shortly thereafter, he collaborated with Juls Delø on The Art of Rap, gaining significant recognition for the track, The Book of Legends Jason announced the release of his fourth project, Redemption, featuring collaborations with notable artists such as Mick Jenkins, Blaqbonez, and theMIND. The project was released on November 20, 2019. Jason continued to innovate with his music, dropping T-HOUSE BASEMENT featuring PsychoYP on May 22, 2023. He followed this with the single Real Talk on March 22, 2024, which paved the way for his five-track EP titled One of One, released on September 25, 2024. This EP includes collaborations with MOJO AF, Reeplay, Tomi Obanure, PsychoYP, and EESKAY.
