River House Artists is pleased to announce the release of It’s A God Thing, Vol. 1, its first collaborative collection of songs in the Christian music space. Composed of six tracks, the album began as a passion project for River House Artists’ GM/VP, Zebb Luster. Luster was inspired by his family church, Cowboy Church Ministries in Labelle, Florida. The church, led by Luster’s uncle, began under the trees in 1998 outside of a rodeo arena. The album marks the 25th anniversary of the church’s beginnings and the goal of the project holds the spirit of the ministry - to simply reach the unchurched. The album, which fuses Christian and worship music with a country sound, includes tracks from hit songwriters Mo Pitney, Jimmy Yeary, Brandon Kinney, and Casey Beathard and features performances by artists Pitney, Dillon Carmichael, and Jordan Rowe as well as newcomers Chevas Phillips, Old Hickory, and Reid Haughton.
