The 27-year-old rap sensation Jay Harlem was born in Cleveland and is well known for his lyrical ability and attention-grabbing performances. He dropped his first major single “My Slime” in January 2019, with his debut mixtape “Perfect Timing” arriving later that year. By December 2019, Jay Harlem took another leap in his career with the hit single “Ballin”, produced by Jacob Lethal beats. The success of “Ballin” got him a major show deal with Lil Baby and Gunna, titled “Drip Too Hard Cleveland” at the Wolstein Center in Downtown Cleveland. 
 At age 16, Jay Harlem was shot at on 2 separate occasions: once at a dice game and the other was a drive-by. Luckily, he survived both. He moved to Atlanta in 2013, where he began to build connections after his brother was imprisoned. By 2017, Jay moved back to Cleveland on his brother's release date, and they formed the label RockStarMafiaMusicGroup soon after. He is currently working on three Albums: Perfect Timing 2, From the Heart and Life of a Menace. .
