Hailing from Fresno, California, Fari$’s sonic landscape evolves with the seasons. Originally from the high desert city of Ridgecrest, his music spans from piercing, ice-cold strains of heartbreak-fueled Hip-Hop to searing infusions of R&B, Rap, and Trap, making his sound dynamic and expressive. What began as an outlet during his youth has grown into an art form that empowers Fari$ with confidence and strength. This ethos is central to his goal of liberating listeners through high-octane beats and rhymes. Recently, Fari$ has also ventured into regional Mexican music, specifically corridos tumbados, and house music. Fari$ continues to evolve his sound with his long-time producer and engineer, Rafael Fai Bautista, also known as MIXEDBYFAI and DJ Fai. Rafael has engineered for some of the world’s biggest artists, including Ty Dolla $ign, Kanye West, Drake, and Roddy Ricch. With extensive experience in mixing, recording, and touring, Fai has been instrumental in projects from Grammy® Award-winning albums to hit singles like Donda, Hot Girl Summer, Chosen, and VULTURES. The team has also welcomed Fari$’s cousin, Lexx Carver, who has worked with rap artist Freeway and legendary rap group Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, and is now mixing much of the new music for Fari$.
