Behind JØA is the German producer René Fischer who founded the project in 2020. The Cologne-based producer is also part of the DJ duo Kunstkerle, which has been in existence since 2013. He was already able to inspire people with his music at the Bootshaus DJ Contest finals in Cologne and at a lot of other venues. The biggest highlight of his career was an appearance at the Parookaville Festival 2019, 2022, 2023 and 2024 - one of the biggest festivals in the world.
