MACKAVON was born June 10th. Born in Jamaica, he moved to Broward County, FL when he was about 4 years old. His mother would play artists such as Michael Jackson, Bob Marley & The Wailers, 50 Cent, Usher and many more. His influences also came from anime and movies he was passionate about, the music that would play in the background of these various media would influence him greatly. Ranging from punk rock songs to indie pop. 
MACKAVON would go on to meet friends in school that motivated him to continue rapping due to his immense talent in free-styling. From then on he would meet his frequent collaborator Sejofcts and they would drop several hits, starting with Keep It Wavy which was reposted by local Florida singer Ryahn on her SoundCloud after she heard it. 
In 2020 he would go on to meet iann dior and POORSTACY and be in two music videos with POORSTACY. He would also perform with the late Slutty Sonny that year. 
He released a highly anticipated song single with Lil Shock titled “Iced Out Feelings” in December 2020 currently at 100 thousand streams. 
Other hits under his belt include “WTF” sitting at over 275,000 streams. Talking $$$hit ft Sejofcts at over an estimated 350,000 streams which is featured in an award nominated YouTube series. He joined Broward’s Collective in 2022 with OG Steever, FOR4IGN & Onlyskxtch. Shortly after he started performing at Vice City World along with artists like Lil Ominous & Dxddy Mxck
